How are donations spent?
Donations are utilised in a number of ways. At NAPCAN, donations play an important role in expanding our work beyond our funding and fee for service training revenue.
For example:
$500 allows us to offer Love Bites training to a volunteer free of charge, which can introduce Respectful Relationships Education into a new community.
$200 can pay a flight fare for a NAPCAN Youth Speak Out member to travel from a remote region to a conference and contribute a Youth Perspective to national discussions.
$5000 can help fund research, so that we can produce more educational resources with up-to-date evidence about child safety, to distribute in communities.
All donations contribute to our work of creating fairer, safer and healthier futures for Australian children and young people.
